Hong Kong Style Egg Avocado Toast (10-min. Recipe)
Hong Kong Style Avocado Egg Toast. An Asian twist to the classic avocado egg toast ideas with soy sauce and sesame flavours. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack.
- 2 eggs
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- 2 ½ tbsp oat milk
- 1 piece milk bread toasted
- Vegan butter for cooking and toast
- ½ avocado peeled and thinly sliced
- Optional garnish: hot chilli flakes
Whisk together your eggs, soy sauce, oat milk until smooth.
Melt vegan butter in your pan over low-medium heat, then add your egg mixture. Slowly stir it with a spatula until cooked, soft, and creamy. Do not over cook.
Toast your bread and spread some butter on your toast. Layer with cooked eggs.

Carefully lay avocado rose on top of your eggs. Sprinkle overtop with hot chilli flakes.
