Dill Lime Chicken. Tender juicy chicken packed with fresh dill and lime flavors! A great main dish for dinner or lunch. So simple and easy to make with simple ingredients.
Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towel on a cutting board. Then using a fork, pole as many holes into the thighs. This helps the marinade absorb into the meat. Transfer chicken thighs into a resealable container or ZipLock bag.
Add Marinade ingredients to the chicken thighs massaging it into the meat. Let the chicken marinate for 45 minutes in the fridge.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in large pan on medium heat. Add the chicken and marinade in.
Fry chicken on each side for 4-5 minutes until browned and juices run clear. Chicken that is safe to consume should have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F with a instant read cooking thermometer.
Garnish with more chopped dill. Serve immediately and enjoy!
