Easy & Simple Sesame Nori Fries

Sesame Nori Fries. An Asian twist to your classic garlic seasoned fries! Topped off with sesame seeds, Kewpie mayo and seasoned seaweed. Great as a snack, side dish or appetizer.

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice peeled potatoes into ½-inch thick fries. Spread them on the lined baking tray. Add vegetable oil, garlic powder and salt. Massage the seasoning into your fries with clean hands.
  • Bake for 35 minutes total, flipping the fries over half way.
  • Meanwhile, cut your seaweed snack into thin strips with clean scissors.
  • Transfer baked fries to a large serving bowl. Season with sesame oil, sesame seeds, seaweed strips and serve with Japanese mayo. Enjoy while hot!
