Sesame Nori Fries. An Asian twist to your classic garlic seasoned fries! Topped off with sesame seeds, Kewpie mayo and seasoned seaweed. Great as a snack, side dish or appetizer.
Slice peeled potatoes into ½-inch thick fries. Spread them on the lined baking tray. Add vegetable oil, garlic powder and salt. Massage the seasoning into your fries with clean hands.
Bake for 35 minutes total, flipping the fries over half way.
Meanwhile, cut your seaweed snack into thin strips with clean scissors.
Transfer baked fries to a large serving bowl. Season with sesame oil, sesame seeds, seaweed strips and serve with Japanese mayo. Enjoy while hot!
