Sesame Nori Fries
Sesame Nori Fries. An Asian twist to your classic garlic seasoned fries! Topped off with sesame seeds, mayo and seasoned seaweed. This is a "must-fry" recipe! Perfect as a side dish or appetizer.
- 8 potatoes peeled and sliced into thick cut fries
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ garlic powder
- ⅓ cup mayo Japanese kind
- 4 pieces roasted seasoned seaweed strips cut into matchsticks
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
Slice your fries into thick cut fries. Spread them on a lined baking sheet. Add avocado oil, garlic powder and salt. Massage the seasoning into your fries.
Bake for 35 minutes total, flipping the fries over half way.
Meanwhile, cut your seasoned seaweed into matchsticks.
Once fries have cooked, transfer to a serving bowl. Season with sesame oil, sesame seeds, seaweed matchsticks and some mayo. Enjoy while hot!
