Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon butter melted
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, crack your eggs. Add your finely chopped fresh dill along with 1 teaspoon of melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
  • In a non-stick pan set on low heat, add in 1 teaspoon of butter and swirl it around to coat the pan. When the pan is warm enough, pour your egg mixture in. With a spatula slowly move it through the eggs until they take shape.
  • Once the eggs take form and look moist on the inside, fold your eggs over.
  • Cook for another 30-60 seconds. Immediately transfer to a serving plate. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with more dill if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
