Ingredients
  

  • 6 potatoes medium sized, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp avocado oil

Toppings

  • cup vegan sour cream
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Slice potatoes into 0.5 cm thick rounds. Lay them on a greased baking sheet. Season with salt, garlic powder and avocado oil. Massage spices and oil with hands. Bake 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Place potato rounds in a large bowl or plate. Top off with vegan sour cream, a drizzle of sriracha hot sauce and fresh chives. Enjoy!
