Mushroom Leek Hand Pies. Flakey on the outside, soft and savoury on the inside. These vegetarian hand pies are so easy to make and only require 7-ingredients!
In a skillet, sauteed mushrooms and leeks for 7 minutes until soft. Once cooked, stir in salt, thyme and garlic powder. Allow this to cool down.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice your puff pastry sheet into four even squares. Scoop about ¼ cup of the mushroom filling into each square. Fold the square to make a triangle. Seal with some water. Using a fork, press down the edges.
Transfer pies to a greased or lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes rotating baking sheets halfway through. Allow to cool before eating. Enjoy!
