Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Crackers. Salty chewy smoked salmon over cream cheese and crunchy crackers with a hint of dill. Easy to make in 5 minutes!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb smoked salmon thawed
  • 11 large crackers
  • 0.625 cup or 11 tbsp cream cheese or as needed
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper or as needed

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat dry fresh dill and remove the individual leaves from the main stem. Set aside.
  • Spread out your crackers on a large plate. Evenly spread about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each cracker with a butter knife. You can add more if you desire.
  • Layer with smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle fresh dill leaves on top of smoked salmon.
  • Crack fresh black pepper and squeeze lemon juice over the salmon. Serve and enjoy!
