Spiced Breakfast Taters
Spiced Breakfast Taters. Delicious, savoury, flavourful and easy to make from home. The perfect side dish to any breakfast meal. These are also vegan.
- 7 red potato unpeeled and small diced
- 3 - 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare your ingredients above. Small dice your potatoes. Add potatoes onto a lined baking sheet. Season with spices and oil. Using your hands, massage the spices and oil into potatoes until evenly coated.
Spread taters on a baking sheet in a single layer ensuring there is space between each one. You may need a second baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes until crispy and golden, flipping them over at halfway point baking them for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Serve immediately and enjoy!
