  • In a food processor, finely process your almonds. Next add medjool dates and hemp seeds into your processor and blend until combined.
  • Add matcha powder and collagen powder. Process until combined.
  • Add coconut oil and maple syrup and blend again. Remove mixture from your processor.
  • With your hands, roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into a mini bite. Roll each bite into coconut flakes. Repeat process.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour in a sealed container to set. But if you’re impatient like me, you can eat them right away.
