Chinese Garlic Bok Choy. Delicious, seasoned bok choy with a wonderful Asian flavour profile. A great side dish to have with any meal. Made in less than 10 minutes and vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 stalks bok choy large kind, sliced in half
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 shallots chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ tsp hot pepper flakes Optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice your bok choy in halves.
  • In a wok set on medium heat, fry garlic and shallots in avocado oil. Add bok choy flat side down.
  • Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce. Then add water and cover to steam for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy your chinese bok choy with garlic
  • Optional: sprinkle with hot pepper flakes.
