Soy Hoisin Chicken Thighs. Savoury, tender, juicy chicken baked in a soy, hoisin, scallion sauce. Easy to make and perfect for dinner.

Sauce:

Instructions
 

  • In a resealable container, mix all your sauce ingredients together.
  • Marinate chicken for at least an hour or for best flavour overnight.
  • Bake at 355 degrees F in total 35 minutes, basting the chicken with the residual marinade every 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and pour cooked sauce over chicken. Enjoy!
