Chocolate Crepes with Nutella (GF and DF)

Chocolate Crepes with Nutella. Delicious thin chocolate crepes that are dairy-free and gluten-free. Naturally sweetened and perfect for breakfast time.

  • 1 cup oat flour (if you're using oats, sub for same amount and grind in blender)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil




  • In a blender, blend your dry ingredients until well combined. Then add your wet ingredients and blend again until combined. The batter should be runny.
  • In a hot non-stick crepe pan or flat pan set on medium heat, lightly coat with coconut oil. Then pour about ⅓ - ½ cup of batter onto the hot pan and swirl the batter around until it fills the pan. Fry on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve with nutella, berries, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
