Mixed Berry Tonic. This delicious, refreshing, fruity berry beverage is quick to make in 5 minutes with simple ingredients! It's also naturally sweetened.

1 cup frozen mixed berries containing an assortment of any berries and cherries 4 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1250 ml carbonated water ice cubes as much as desired lemon slices and fresh mint optional garnish
In a blender, add frozen fruit, maple syrup and lemon juice and blend until smooth. This is your fruit syrup.
Pour syrup into a large pitcher. Add ice cubes, lemon slices and mint (optional).
Pour carbonated water into pitcher and stir. Serve cold and enjoy!
