Sriracha Mayo Salmon. Tender flaky salmon cooked in a 3-ingredient sweet, spicy sriracha mayo sauce! Ready in 10-15 minutes. One of my go-to salmon recipes as it's so easy to make with minimal ingredients.
In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients as listed above. Set aside.
If needed, slice salmon into two strips. Pat the flesh side dry with a clean paper towel.
Line your air fryer basket or baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil or lightly spray basket or baking sheet with oil. Transfer filets skin side down to the air fryer basket or sheet pan in a single layer giving each piece enough space. Season the salmon filets with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Brush the prepared sauce all over the salmon, including the sides.
Air Frying Method:
Air fry at 400 F for 6-8 minutes until cooked through or an internal temperature of 135 degrees F with an instant read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the fish. Remove from the air fryer and let the residual heat carry over the cooking process.
Baking Method:
Transfer filets skin side down to a greased or lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 F for 11-14 minutes until cooked through or an internal temperature of 135 degrees F with an instant read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the fish. Remove baked salmon from the oven and let the residual heat carry over the cooking process.
Optional Dipping Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine dipping sauce ingredients as listed above. Enjoy with salmon and green onions (optional garnish)!
