Sriracha Mayo Salmon. Delicious, savoury and quick to make. Only requires 3 ingredients (if you don’t count salt and pepper) and 20 minutes of your time. It’s got a slight kick to it but if you’re a sriracha lover you will really enjoy this!

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl mix together mayo and sriracha sauce.
  • On a baking sheet, lay salmon skin side down. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Brush sriracha mayo onto each filet. Bake for 14 minutes. Enjoy!
