Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds toasted kind
  • 1 tablespoon green onions finely chopped

Chicken Marinade

Instructions
 

  • Use a sharp knife to carefully cut around the thigh bone and remove it completely.
  • Combine the chicken with the listed marinade ingredients, massage to coat evenly, and rest for 15 minutes.
  • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line the base of it with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the chicken skin-side up in a single layer with space between pieces.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes without flipping, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  • Transfer the thighs to a clean surface and rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Cut into even strips and finish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
