1 English cucumber or 2 mini persian cucumbers
Trim the ends from the cucumbers and slice them into ¼-inch-thick pieces. Pat the slices dry with paper towels, then transfer them to a large bowl.
Combine all the listed dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until the sugar completely dissolves.
Pour the dressing over the sliced cucumbers.
Mix until the cucumbers are evenly coated in the dressing. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
