Easy 5-Minute Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Crackers

Smoky salmon and creamy cheese are layered on crisp crackers with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon. These easy smoked salmon cream cheese crackers are ready in just 5 minutes with minimal prep. Serve them as a quick appetizer or snack for parties and small gatherings.

16 oz smoked salmon pre-sliced, thawed if frozen 10 large crackers about 2 × 3 inches each 1 ¼ cup cream cheese plain kind, at room temperature 5-6 sprigs fresh dill 2.5 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed black pepper as needed
Wash and thoroughly pat the fresh dill dry. Remove the leaves from the main stems and set aside.
Arrange the crackers on a large serving plate. Spread about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese evenly over each cracker, adding more if needed.
Layer 2 slices of smoked salmon over the cream cheese on each cracker. Save any leftover smoked salmon for another use.
Sprinkle the fresh dill leaves over the smoked salmon.
Lightly sprinkle with black pepper and squeeze about 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice over the salmon on each cracker. Serve immediately.
