A delicious, easy, and quick Stir Fried Ramen for One! You probably have most of the ingredients at home and this recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes.
Boil your noodles for 1 minute less than the instructed time. Reserve 1 tablespoon of hot noodle water for later. Strain the rest of the water.
Place noodles back into pot over very low heat, add avocado oil followed by noodles with reserved noodle water. Then pour in your sauce. Mix until noodles are coated in the sauce for 1 minute. Enjoy with poached egg and leafy greens for added nutrition!
