Ingredients
  

  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 3 clementines peeled
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 4 eggs soft boiled
  • 2 baby cucumbers sliced

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot filled with hot water, soft boil your eggs for 9 minutes.
  • Prepare your salad ingredients as instructed. Mix in a large mixing bowl.
  • Then in a small bowl, whisk together your dressing ingredients. Pour over your salad and enjoy!
