Asian Salad with Sesame Lemon Dressing (20-min. Recipe)
Asian Salad with Sesame Lemon Dressing. A delicious, refreshing salad that is satisfying and well balanced. Perfect as a side dish or as a meal.
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 3 clementines peeled
- 2 avocados sliced
- ¼ cup cashews
- 4 eggs soft boiled
- 2 baby cucumbers sliced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
In a small pot filled with hot water, soft boil your eggs for 9 minutes.
Prepare your salad ingredients as instructed. Mix in a large mixing bowl.
Then in a small bowl, whisk together your dressing ingredients. Pour over your salad and enjoy!
