Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Crackers. Salty chewy smoked salmon over cream cheese and crunchy crackers with a sprinkle of dill. Easy to make and great as a nutritious snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb smoked salmon thawed
  • 11 crackers
  • 1 tub vegan cream cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh dill washed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Spread cream cheese onto cracker. Layer with smoked salmon and fresh dill. Crack fresh black pepper over top and squeeze lemon juice over top. Repeat for remaining pieces. Serve and enjoy!
