In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients until combined. Set aside.
In a large pot filled with enough water, bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Carefully lower pork spare ribs and boil for 5 minutes. Then strain the ribs in a colander.
Place ribs onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper with meatier side up and bone side down.
Brush glaze over ribs, reserving the rest for later as a basting sauce.
Bake ribs for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and baste with sauce. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board. Allow this to rest for 10 minutes. Slice into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
