Easy & Simple Chinese Hoisin Baked Ribs

Hoisin Baked Ribs. Sticky, sweet, savoury ribs that are tender, juicy and fall of the bone. They only take 6-ingredients and are baked in the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks pork spare ribs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients until combined. Set aside.
  • In a large pot filled with enough water, bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Carefully lower pork spare ribs and boil for 5 minutes. Then strain the ribs in a colander.
  • Place ribs onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper with meatier side up and bone side down.
  • Brush glaze over ribs, reserving the rest for later as a basting sauce.
  • Bake ribs for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and baste with sauce. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board. Allow this to rest for 10 minutes. Slice into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
