5-min. Easy Korean Banana Milk

Christie Lai
Creamy, sweet banana-flavoured milk made with just 4 ingredients! This quick and easy Korean banana milk is inspired by the Korean brand "Binggrae". My version of this dessert drink is all-natural. This is dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana ripened and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar or any sweetener of choice and adjust as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk or almond/macadamia (or dairy milk if you're not dairy-free but see notes below)

Instructions

  • In a blender, add a peeled banana, sugar, vanilla extract and milk.
  • Blend everything on high speed into a very smooth liquid without any banana bits. If you want it super smooth, run the banana milk through a fine sieve before pouring into a tall drinking glass.
  • Pour the banana milk into a tall drinking glass and enjoy cold!

Notes

Using Dairy Milk

If you're using dairy milk, make sure you're using very cold milk from the fridge and aim to finish the banana milk quickly. Don't leave it out to sit at room temperature for too long as it bananas can cause dairy to curdle.
