Calling all smoked-salmon lovers! This quick and easy 5-minute smoked salmon cream cheese croissant is a delicious sandwich idea made with simple ingredients! Great for breakfast, as a meal or snack for the family.

2 fresh croissants regular sized 4-6 slices smoked salmon 2 sprigs fresh dill chopped and divided between sandwiches 4 tablespoon cream cheese light/regular/herb cream cheese work ¼ teaspoon black pepper divided between sandwiches 1 teaspoon lemon juice divided between sandwiches
Evenly slice each croissant into half. Transfer to serving plates.
Evenly spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the croissant halves.
Lay two to three slices of smoked salmon into each croissant. Season the salmon with ⅛ teaspoon of black pepper per sandwich.
Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon.
Squeeze ½ teaspoon lemon juice over the salmon in each sandwich. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of croissant and enjoy!
