Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon butter melted
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, crack your eggs. Add your finely chopped fresh dill along with 1 teaspoon of melted butter. Whisk eggs until well combined.
  • In a non-stick pan set on medium-low heat, heat 1 teaspoon of butter and swirl it around to coat the pan. Once butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture. With a spatula slowly stir eggs until they take shape.
  • Once the eggs take shape, stir and scramble the eggs. Then fold them over.
  • Cook for another 30-60 seconds, they should still look moist but not runny. Immediately transfer to a serving plate. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with more dill if desired. Enjoy!
