Mixed Berry Tonic. This delicious, refreshing, fruity berry beverage is quick to make in 5 minutes with simple ingredients! It's also naturally sweetened.

1 cup frozen mixed berries or sub with fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries 4 tablespoon maple syrup or honey or any liquid sweetener you enjoy 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice 42 fl oz carbonated water like club soda or tonic water 10-15 ice cubes as much as desired lemon slices optional garnish fresh mint optional garnish
In a blender or food processor, add fruits, maple syrup and lemon juice and blend until smooth on high speed. This is your fruit syrup.
Pour the fruit syrup into a large pitcher. Add ice cubes, lemon slices and mint (optional).
Pour carbonated water into pitcher and stir. Serve cold and enjoy!
