Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries or sub with fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup or honey or any liquid sweetener you enjoy
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
  • 42 fl oz carbonated water like club soda or tonic water
  • 10-15 ice cubes as much as desired
  • lemon slices optional garnish
  • fresh mint optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, add fruits, maple syrup and lemon juice and blend until smooth on high speed. This is your fruit syrup.
  • Pour the fruit syrup into a large pitcher. Add ice cubes, lemon slices and mint (optional).
  • Pour carbonated water into pitcher and stir. Serve cold and enjoy!
