If you have fresh strawberries, you need to try this refreshing, sweet and easy 5-minute strawberry matcha latte recipe. This chilled beverage is made with minimal and simple ingredients! (Dairy-free adaptable)
In a tall glass, add strawberries and white granulated sugar and crush them with a muddler until they’re pureed. If you don’t have a muddler, finely chop or purée the strawberries in a blender and mix them in the glass with the sugar.
Then add ice cubes on top of the puréed strawberries.
Pour milk over the ice and set aside.
Then sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add hot boiling water to the matcha and whisk until frothy for 30 seconds.
Pour the matcha liquid over the milk. Stir to enjoy!
