  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • On a large baking sheet, add the chopped vegetables. Season with minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Using your hands, massage the seasoning and oil into the vegetables, especially the broccoli florets.
  • Bake for 40 mins, no need to flip. Serve immediately and enjoy!
