Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
On a large baking sheet, add the chopped vegetables. Season with minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Using your hands, massage the seasoning and oil into the vegetables, especially the broccoli florets.
Bake for 40 mins, no need to flip. Serve immediately and enjoy!
