Vegan Dill Cucumber Toast (10-min. Recipe)
Dill Cucumber Toast. Simple, delicious and easy to make! Serves well as a snack, breakfast or an as appetizer. Ready in under 10 minutes!
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2-4 tbsp cream cheese plain vegan kind
- 10 slices cucumber unpeeled
- 4 twigs fresh dill washed and dried
Toast your bread. Meanwhile, prepare your ingredients as listed above.
Once bread is toasted, spread desired amount of cream cheese over top. Next layer with sliced cucumber. Top off with fresh dill (as much as you desire). Serve immediately and enjoy!
