These tasty Jalapeño turkey meatballs are a great recipe as they're made with pantry staples, and they come together so easily. They're savory, tender and serve well as a simple main dish or side dish. These meatballs take little preparation time as there is no rolling involved. That's why they look a bit flatter. The round shape extends the meatball cook time since the heat needs penetrate through the entire meatball versus a meat patty.
What I love most about these meatballs is because they're not round, they have crispy edges making it extra delicious. Now I know there are many turkey meatball recipes out there but this one is so delicious, fast, and easy. It's great family meal for a busy weeknight dinner or meal prep, making this is the perfect turkey meatball!

I really loved your idea for keeping our fingers clean by just spooning the meatballs onto the cooking tray. Brilliant!
