Today I am sharing a yummy and savoury twist to your average turkey meatball! It’s delicious and has a hint of spice thanks to the jalapeno! This recipes requires no-rolling and only requires 30 minutes from start to finish! Perfect for dinner.

JALAPENO CHIVE TURKEY MEATBALLS RECIPE
Yields 20-25 pieces | Ready in 30 mins
1 lb ground organic ground turkey
1 Jalapeño, finely minced
1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/3 cup Japanese Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Avocado oil for cooking
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado oil and mix well.
In a pan set medium high heat, add 1 tsp of avocado oil. Using two large spoons, create a flat meat ball and spoon the meatball into the pan. Fry meatballs until golden and crispy on each side. Serve and enjoy!
