    Paprika Roasted Baby Potatoes. Delicious, roasted baby potatoes in a paprika seasoning. This EASY dish is vegan and perfect as a side dish for lunch or dinner.

    Paprika Roasted Baby Potatoes

    I love roasted baby potatoes with paprika! Paprika is a delicious seasoning and I use it on many of my potato dishes. It's a spice that has such a wonderful sweet smokiness to it. It is one of my favourite ways to dress up a potato making these a great paprika roasted potatoes recipe!

    When you roast baby potatoes, they taste so good because they are much smaller than your average potato allowing for it to be more crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

    Paprika Roasted Baby Potatoes

    You don't have to use tri-coloured potatoes for these paprika roasted baby potatoes and you can totally use one colour if that's all your have. Also if you don't have baby potatoes, that is okay too! Just use your normal yellow russet potatoes (best for baking) and cut them small.

    For this recipe

    You will need the following ingredients for these oven roasted paprika potatoes:

    • 1 lb tri-coloured baby potatoes, sliced
    • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
    • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • 0.5 teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon pepper

    How to make crispy paprika roasted potatoes

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
    2. Boil sliced potatoes in water for 10 minutes.
    3. Evenly spread boiled potatoes on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle spices, salt and drizzle oil over top. Massage spices and oil into potatoes.
    4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
