Protein Chocolate Chip Blondie. Delicious, easy, and only takes 30 minutes of your time! They're soft and moist and contain protein but you can't even taste it!
The soft blondie with the chocolate chips is such a classic but delicious combination to try out!
It's one of my favourite things to eat for dessert. It’s a great way to sneak in some protein if you’re lacking it from your diet but just be cautious in not going over the amount your body requires as this can cause adverse health issues down the road.
What is the difference between a brownie and a Blondie?
The key difference between a brownie and blondie is that the batter of a brownie includes cocoa powder or chocolate. Whereas the batter in a blondie is more vanilla based.
Are blondies the same as cookies?
Not entirely. They are classified as cookie bars but they aren't really the same. The texture of a blondie is softer whereas a cookie is more chewier.
Are blondies supposed to be gooey?
They should be harder on the outside but soft, moist and gooey in the middle.
Can you eat undercooked blondies?
You may, as long as the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160 degrees F to deem it safe for consumption.
