Sweet Soy Tofu & Vegetables. Fried tofu balls dressed in a maple soy based sauce paired with snap peas and bell peppers. A great Asian side dish. This recipe only takes 20 minutes to make and is easy to prepare.

    Sweet Soy Tofu Veggie Stirfry

I love this sweet soy tofu vegetable stir fry recipe! It's so good, tasty, filling and it hits the spot if you're looking for a vegan meal.

The sauce is a mixture of soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, scallions, and garlic. So it's sweet and salty but perfectly balanced with the onion aromatics. Probably one of the best tofu vegetable stir fry recipes I've ever shared here.

I know there are so many tofu stir fry recipes out there but this one is really amazing and I highly recommend it if you enjoy tofu!

    • Β½ cup scallions
    • 2 cups snap peas
    • 140 grams fried tofu balls
    • Β½ cup water
    • 1 red bell pepper, diced
    • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
    • Sesame seeds (optional)
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 tbsp maple syrup

How to make tofu vegetable stir fry
