Greek Tofu. Delicious, vegan and marinated in those tasty Greek flavours. A great side dish at dinner or lunch.

This Greek Vegan Tofu is marinated in your classic marinade like olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano and more. It's really easy and quick to make and it's so tasty.

I love eating this when I want to go meatless some days or when my husband requests it.

My greek inspired tofu pairs delicious in a salad, or next to some greek rice and potatoes! You won't miss the meat when you have this well balanced dish, I promise!

I also topped mine off with some tahini dressing which is a recipe by The Minimalist Baker.
