- Ice cubes
- Cranberry Juice
- Carbonated water
- Gin
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, lychee juice from canned lychee, cranberry juice, gin and carbonated water.
- Seal your shaker and give it a good shake.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and lychee (from the can) skewered with a cocktail pick and fresh mint. Enjoy!
Storage
- This drink can be stored without the garnishes in an airtight jar for up to 4 days in the fridge.
- Freezer-friendly? I wouldn't recommend freezing this beverage as the carbonated water will become flat.

I actually love using the juice instead canned lychees. I find it to have a wonderful sweet flavor and you can also use the lychees as a garnish for the drink.
