    Lychee Cranberry Gin Cocktail

Lychee Cranberry Gin Cocktail. A refreshing, fruity tasty, classy beverage that is easy to make and is perfect for parties or a relaxing evening. The sweetness of the lychee and cranberry is such a wonderful combination especially paired the taste of gin. This cooling beverage takes less than 5 minutes to whip up!

    Easy to make!

This cranberry lychee cocktail with gin only requires 4 ingredients if you don’t try to fancy it up with a garnish. All it requires is: cranberry juice, good quality gin, lychee juice from canned lychees, and carbonated water. That’s it!

    Lychee Cranberry Gin Cocktail

If you want to make this cranberry and lychee cocktail sweeter, add more lychee juice from the can.  I also like to garnish the drink with the canned lychees, fresh cranberries and mint. But you can totally omit that! Also if you don’t own a cocktail shaker, use a mason jar or a jar that is sealed!

    What is a lychee cocktail?

A lychee cocktail is a sweet cooled drink that contains lychee juice or lychee liquer mixed with carbonated water, alcohol liquer like gin or vodka. I've added a berry twist to mine by adding cranberry juice.

Where can I find canned lychee juice?

It’s essentially just the juice or liquid in canned lychee. Most Asian grocers and sometimes certain Western Grocers will carry it in their canned fruit aisle.

    I don't drink alcohol

If you don’t consume alcohol, omit the gin and make yourself a mocktail! All in all, this Cranberry Lychee Juice Gin Cocktail is a great drink for entertaining guests or to unwind with on a special evening.

Perfect for the holidays or any special occasion

This cranberry lychee cocktail with gin is perfect to celebrate the upcoming holiday festivities whether you celebrate Christmas or Hannukah! Honestly it’s great for any occasion!

I still can’t believe Christmas is only 9 days away and 2020 is fast coming to an end! I’ll be honest it was quite a year with everything going on in the world, personally and professionally.  But I am grateful for every positive thing that has happened. I think this year has made me see that there is joy in the little things that we do. Being at home most of the year has made me see that we have the choice to be happy or sad or to see light or darkness in life. And although, I haven’t seen friends in person in months, I still made the best of it whether it was having conversations with them over the phone, video chat or a text.

I think once everything is back to normal, a social gathering will feel 10x more enjoyable. Hugging our family is something we won’t take for granted. Going out without a mask to get groceries will feel like total freedom. And the ability to travel will feel so incredible.

So let’s all cheers to 2021 and the new hope it brings!

Now I hope you give this cranberry lychee cocktail recipe a try! It’s so easy to make there’s really no excuse! I also share another recipe similar to this one that is a mocktail so give it a try!

I'm so excited to try this! Would you recommend this recipe if I wanted to make a large quantity (for 10+ people) in the morning to serve at dinner? Not sure how well the cranberry juice in particular will hold up!
