Hi Everyone! Today I’m sharing a delicious 3-ingredient Vegan Strawberry Milk recipe. It’s so simple to make and very refreshing! It’s also naturally sweetened with maple syrup and dairy-free because of the oat milk!
Benefits of Strawberries
Did you know that strawberries “consists mainly of fibers and simple sugars. They have a relatively low GI and should not cause big spikes in blood sugar levels. Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C, manganese, folate (vitamin B9), and potassium.
They contain small amounts of several other vitamins and minerals. Strawberries may decrease your risk of heart disease and cancer, as well as help regulate blood sugar. They also contain high amounts of beneficial plant compounds and antioxidants, such as pelargonidin, ellagic acid, ellagitannins, and procyanidins.” Source: Healthline
So it’s time to load up on this delicious fruit and enjoy the many benefits it provides.
For my Vegan Strawberry Milk recipe , I’m partnering with DelFresco Pure Yes! Berries as their berries smell and taste so sweet! The berries are grown locally in Ontario greenhouses all year-round. They are also certified pesticide free! Strawberries are picked at the peak of perfection and are jam packed with flavour! Bumblebees are introduced to the greenhouses to help pollinate their berries. Yes! Berries are packaged in PETE #1 Recyclable Packaging. Yes! Berries can be found at most major Canadian grocers.
