    • Lychee Juice
    • Ice cubes
    • Cranberry Juice
    • Carbonated water
    • Gin

    Instructions

    1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, lychee juice from canned lychee, cranberry juice, gin and carbonated water.
    2. Seal your shaker and give it a good shake.
    3. Pour into a glass.
    4. Garnish with fresh cranberries and lychee (from the can) skewered with a cocktail pick and fresh mint. Enjoy!

    Storage

    • This drink can be stored without the garnishes in an airtight jar for up to 4 days in the fridge.
    • Freezer-friendly? I wouldn't recommend freezing this beverage as the carbonated water will become flat.

I'm so excited to try this! Would you recommend this recipe if I wanted to make a large quantity (for 10+ people) in the morning to serve at dinner? Not sure how well the cranberry juice in particular will hold up!

Hi Chloe! Thank you so much for wanting to give my recipe a try! Yes, you can definitely make this for a larger quantity and sweeten it with more lychee juice or add more gin to taste as you wish 🙂 Hope it works out well for your party!
