This easy vegan apple galette recipe is so simple and easy. This dessert made with minimal ingredients and it's not overly complicated. The best part is that it doesn't contain any animal products so it's great for those who are vegan, vegetarian or just want a delicious galette!

Pie Crust
- All purpose flour
- Salt
- Softened Coconut oil: not melted
- Maple syrup
- Oat milk: or nut milk
- White granulated sugar: or substitute with cane sugar
Filling
- McIntosh Apple: or gala apple or honey crisp
- Cinnamon powder
- Maple syrup
How to make Vegan Apple Galette
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add coconut oil, milk and maple syrup. Using a pastry blender or fork, combine your ingredients together. Knead the dough into a ball.
- On a flat surface, sprinkle some more flour and roll out your dough ball into thin and flat. Transfer pie crust to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon and maple syrup until apples are well coated.
- Add apple filling in the middle of the pie crust. Fold in the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
Storage & Reheating
Leftovers will last up to 4 days stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To reheat, microwave for 2-3 minutes or bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-10 minutes until warm.
