Today I'm sharing a tasty and easy Vegan Apple Galette recipe. It's wonderful as a dessert and requires less time than making a full pie.

For the pie crust, I am sharing a vegan version that you will be able to use for future pie recipes. It's really easy to make and only requires several ingredients.

The filling is also very simple and only requires three ingredients. Apples, cinnamon and maple syrup!

This is the best vegan apple galette I've ever made. I know there are so many apple galette recipes online but this one is vegan and pretty simple to make at home. So I hope you give it a try!

Another fantastic recipe with that Canadian twist of maple syrup hehe! I think the thing I love most about galette's is the fact that you don't have to try to get it into the pie pan without ripping LOL!!
