3-Cavity Disc Shape Silicone Mold
Very shallow mold for pomegranate jelly top

Ingredients
  

Panna Cotta

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ½ tsp agar agar powder
  • cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Pomegranate Jelly Top

  • cup freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  • ½ tsp Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction
  • ½ tsp agar agar powder

Instructions
 

Panna Cotta

  • In a small pot, whisk together coconut cream, agar agar powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract. Bring to a boil and remove off heat. Pour into your mold on a flat surface. Do not touch it and let this set for 10 minutes at room temperature before moving to the fridge for another 20-30 minutes until it's firm to touch.

Pomegranate Jelly Top

  • In a small pot, whisk together your freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, pomegranate reduction and agar agar powder. Bring to a boil and remove off heat. Pour into your mold set on a flat surface. Do not touch it and let this set for 10 minutes at room temperature before moving to the fridge for another 20-30 minutes until it's firm to touch.
  • Carefully pop out your panna cotta and pomegranate jelly placing it over your panna cotta. Serve with fresh fruit.
